Great for relaxation
This CD is excellent for relaxation. I use it with patients when performing craniosacral therapy. There are 12 songs, 11 which are excellent. My only complaint is that song 2 is a little odd, but it's easy to skip and otherwise this CD is a great buy.

This is so relaxing & lovely. I give it to friends who need a lift and play it myself quite often. It helps me to be productive and calm at the same time.

song 2 ruined my massage!
What a bummer. i brought this CD to my massage last week. Demanded it be played after hearing so much about the tranquility CD by Real Music. Song 1 starts....i shut my eyes...fall into deep relaxation...then song 2...mmm, so relax-ERRRR-STOP-BANG-BONG. The tempo picks up and it gets extremely loud, out of sync with the other tracks. By the time track 4 hit, Even the therapist was distracted and asked me if I wanted to keep listening to it. I willingly asked her to go ahead and switch. She threw on an album by a group called 2002 (no not the year) called Deep Still Blue. Fabulous!....my dreams came back to the light.I would avoid the Infinity CD for spa treatments...doesnt really work right.

from Solo Piano Publications
"Infinity", the latest in a series of Real Music Collections, is subtitled "One Perfect Soothing Hour". Sweet and soothing it is, with selections from previously-released albums by Kevin Kern, 2002, Jim Chappell, Paul Machlis, Bliss, Hilary Stagg, Brian Becvar, Gary Remal Malkin, and Egil Fylling dating as far back as 1989 and including pieces from albums released this year. Real Music is known for its peaceful music (sometimes to a fault), but this collection is strong in its variety of approaches to achieve a quiet mood. About half of the pieces are piano, and others are synth (and synth harp), guitar, and wordless vocals. If you haven't dissolved into a happy puddle by the last two tracks, "The First Night" by Gary Remal Malkin and "Anahata" by Egil Fylling should finish you off! Floating on softly drifting musical clouds should ease the stresses of any day or commute. A very lovely collection!
