these are the best sub $100 Bluetooth headphones I have had the pleasure ...
Wow, these are the best sub $100 Bluetooth headphones I have had the pleasure of listening to. I've listened to the Nakamichi BT304 (which were the best I heard until these), the Bluedio R+ Legend, MEElectronics Air-Fi Matrix2 AF62 and Photive BTH3. These Velodyne's have much better sound. They have a decent amount of bass but not as much as the Bluedio's. The mids and highs are right there, not too bright, not drowned out and muffled. The buttons are not the best design however which is why I only gave these 4 stars. Whenever I adjust the headphones on my head I inadvertently press the unlabeled track skip or play/pause button. It's great to see they changed the finish to a matte black instead of a glossy black; no more finger prints all over the headset. The ear cups are a bit on the smaller side so if you have big ears you may feel some discomfort. The width of the ear cup is what is a bit too small for me. I can feel the back of my ears pressing against the cushion but this has happened on most headphones I have tried. I'm not sure why Velodyne chose to incorporate Bluetooth 2.1 instead of 4.0 into this headset. The latest Bluetooth version is more power efficient. Maybe 2.1 has better compatibility with devices, IDK. I've noticed that when listening to songs through Spotify on my iPhone that it sometimes skips a beat or two at the beginning of the song. I have not experienced this with other Bluetooth headphones.

Great sound, low quality folding mechanism, will break, no replacement parts.
The headphones have great sound. The folding feature is nice. However, low quality, and one cannot purchase replacement parts. A pin that the speaker arms pivot on to fold are held in alignment with a plastic retainer that cracks and cannot be replaced. Thus allowing the speaker part to dislodge from the headband.I cannot & do not recommend this item.

I wear these at work
I got this while is was on sale for about $90. I never understood why bluetooth headphones were so expensive. At $132.00 (which is what I'm seeing it priced at now) I think it's still worth it (maybe).BUILD:The fact that it's plastic might turn people off but it's not like a cheap toy plastic it's more like a brushed matte finish kind of like Batman (The Dark Knight). I like them cause they're very minimalist with no heavy branding. The pattern on the right side are actually control buttons which I also like because it's so minimalist. Overall, they're solid and don't feel cheap to me. I've worn them at work everyday for a few months now.COMFORT:They're over ear headphones so they'll cup the whole ear. They're tight over the ear the first few times you wear them but become snug over time. They aren't noise canceling but definitely cut out a lot of outside noise.PERFORMANCE:They last about a full days work (8 hours) without a charge and charge very fast. You can even use them while charging. Never really had any signal problems unless I was close to a microwave. I use this with my Macbook Pro, iPhone and iMac and occasionally have problems connecting but it's usually my computers fault and I have to restart.SOUND:Honestly I'm not an audiophile but I am a video editor and these sound fine to me. But if you're an audiophile then maybe you should buy better headphones. I have these more for recreation than professional use.OVERALL: I was mostly concerned about wasting my money on a brand I've never heard of and found few reviews on. Bottom line I don't regret the money spent. Despite me accidentally getting them wet and using them 40 hours a week they're still working just fine.

Great headphones for that price go for it!!
I just bought these headphones today and they are wonderful.they are very comfortable, foldable for traveling, the bass and music is clear and loud wired and wireless. the only problem i have with them is my ears sweat after a long period of wearing them and they are pretty big nd heavy. Other than that they're great.

Ok for the price I guess...
I bought these on sale for $50 (have actually seen these go up to $150) so wasn't sure what to expect. Reviews mentioned them being pretty small on your ears - true, I have very small ears so it's ok for me but I can see how they could be uncomfortable for most people. I also some mentions of sound quality and honestly I thought it was people expecting perfect sound quality or something similar to Beats, which is a lot more expensive of course. I have to admit though, I was a bit let down by the sound. It's pretty average to what a $20 headphone sounds... Which I expected more of.PROS - The look is awesome, I love that the buttons are "hidden" into the hieroglyphics on the side. Pairing to my phone was a breeze tho I have yet to test the range. Bluetooth works good and it's great to move around and not have to worry about cords. All in all I'm happy with my purchase - tho honestly if I would've paid more for these I would've returned them.

I like them. Sounds good
I like them. Sounds good. Better than paying all that money for beats. For me, they are comfortable. I am a large man. Buttons do take a while to get used to.

These are great! Very easy to operate, and the charge lasts a long time. Very comfortable also.

The only big flaw I found was how easy it was to slightly damage them
So these headphones do their job when needed. Long plane rides suddenly aren't a chore, and it works for phone calls. The only big flaw I found was how easy it was to slightly damage them. They still work but one part won't slide down. It's a big flaw but still four star headphones
