The weight is just right—not too heavy or too light.However, after some use, I’ve noticed that the black finish requires extra care. If you clean them in the dishwasher too often the finish can kinda wear if in spots but nothing too drastic. Water spots and fingerprints don't really show easily, but it is important to dry them immediately to prevent any discoloration or fading. While they’ve held up well so far, I can see how improper care might lead to wear over time.Overall, a great set for those willing to take a little extra care to maintain its appearance!

Love it but leaves water marks if your don't towel dry after washing
