The product is good, but claiming its warranty is very difficult. The customer care service is not smooth. The customer executives are unprofessional and do not respond properly. To claim the warranty, the product has to be sent to their warehouse. They do not respond properly on phone and email, so how can they be trusted to repair our product properly and send it back? Their customer executive says, "Get it repaired by your own technician, we will reimburse you 200-250", how disgusting.

I recently ordered this induction for my kitchen and it's very useful. It's easy to use and easy to maintain. Specially designed for Indian food to cook on it so very helpful. Electricity saving option. Gas saving option. Working fine for me. You can use any utensils for it so value for money. Colar and design is perfect. No noise overall

It's not working since I brought it. I have registered the complaint, but no one is attending to it. It's been a month since I registered the complaint, and I'm getting a call for the review. Actually, I don't even want to give one star, that bad this product is.

Received item in ok condition. But there was not any user manual. I also emailed to manufacturer, but no reply. At least they could send me soft copy in email.
