Each item in this pack worked for me and my partner really well, we can finally sleep again without keeping each other up. Each item is easy to use the mouthguard just needs a little bit of preparation to mould to your shape but are all so comfy. Price is brilliant and would definitely recommend.

Molds to your mouth if you follow instructions. Good but I find I choke if I keep them fitted for more than a few minutes. I have a sensitive gag reflex apparently.

I used it once and couldn't use it again. I ended getting soar throat. Though delivery was good but I won't bet my penny on that.

Came neatly packaged, and with a small booklet for instructions. First I cleaned the snoring aids with hot water before i used them. Used the nose clip and ny snoring app notified me that my snoring had decreased by 60%, now I'm not sure if this was just a coincidence or if it actually worked as this was just one night, but I found the fit comfortable and it was easy to attach it to my nose.
