Love these so far. They come in many different resistances. The purple could be used to hold you up for assisted pull-ups or even for resisting a bench press. The red/lightest is great for arm/ /shoulder warm ups.

I bought these bands as an option for workout while I was abroad and did not have access to a gym. They were easy to carry and worked really well for the purposes intended. Perfect for my Knee replacement PT
I use mainly the green one, which is the same thing my Physical Therapist uses. It allows me to continue my PT at home. Great product, sturdy and I think will last for a long time. Definitely not a wimpy tool.
