Q: Hi I ordered this board, but it didn’t contain the two water pens that it says it comes with. Is there a way to get those still?

Check under the red board. They should be under there.

Q: What size is the board? It is not listed in the ad. Very strange they would not list the size.

The size is listed on one of the product pictures: 12.5 x 9

Q: How long does it take (minutes) before the painting disappears while you draw?

About 20 minutes, depends on the temperature and air flow. Many people bought this after seeing the one I got. If it’s something that looks really nice, you can just take a pic of it.

Q: Which logo comes on the front of the stand? Some pics have a red one and some pics have a longer white one.
