This product definitely helps open up my 7 year old son airways at night so he can breathe better. It doesnt hurt him and it stays on all night even when he rolls around. Great quality and sturdy.

Okay well I'm so happy that I found my little tabs because I got them a month or two ago. The nose clips were too big and I was hesitant to buy another set I just wasn't sure what to get. I bought the extra small and they work perfectly. Now I have boxes of those sticky ones that I won't need to use. What will I do with them all?

I have been using the black intake bands for a couple of years now and they work OK. If you have a bone spur in your nose, you’re still going to struggle a lot even wearing the clips, but they do help a lot! The reason I am writing this particular review is because the new translucent clear nose clips are just heinous, lol. They have ugly white blocky magnets on the sides which completely defeats the purpose of translucent nose clips, making it look like a geeky medical device. And even worse still, the shiny reflective tendency of the clear nose clip is extremely distracting and could be dangerous while driving- heinous while gaming. My advice would be get yourself the black clips because at least they look like a sports device (football etc).

This product is a game changer! As soon as you put the strips and magnet in place you notice the difference in breathing through your nose!! I have slept better since the first night i tried it, and have been told I barely snore now. I tried the Breathright strips, but never got this good of a result! I would definitely recommend this!. A bit of advice....either purchase the starter pack with size options or buy 2 different sizes. I thought I would be a medium, as my nose is what i would consider average size. However, I ended up needing a small. One of the pictures on the add shows how it should fit properly, so use that as a reference.

Finding the right spot on your nose can take some time, so expect a learning curve. It took about a week to get a feel for the right spot, but about a month of daily use to get consistent results. I usually ignore 4 star products on Amazon, so I'm glad I took a chance on this (money back guarantee so risk is negligible). Keep in mind the company claims 92%, not 100% effective so not everyone will be happy—but for those who this does work for, you will be amazed how you lived without it. Adhesive quality is top notch for the industry. Although if you push passed 24 hours on the same strips it gets a bit sloppy / untidy especially if you sweat a lot at any point in the day or get it wet. Quality of the plastic itself is solid. I don't expect it to break very easily. For the clear bands, note that the magnets are chrome not flat white. A note for stomach sleepers* You may have difficulty getting it to stay on, but I suggest finding the right pillow to get yourself to be a side or back sleeper.

It does what it should - has fallen off quite a few times but there is no residue when taking stickers off which is a plus. A little expensive but worth trying

Good product but not effective for me.

These work pretty well and do allow my boyfriend to smell better, and get better sleep, they stay in well overnight and stick pretty well. They are made pretty well it seems. They have not irritated his skin at all. They were very easy to just pop on after putting in the stickers. The reason for the 3 stars is because it took like two weeks to get here when the original estimate was like 4 days. Had to get a hold of support.

Works great almost too great! I have a collapsed sinus and it makes breathing so easy its almost scary!

This is really good for assisting to expand airflow through your nose. I highly recommend it.

Very expensive for what it is. It doesn't even come with the magnetic stickers, they're sold separately. Brutal.
