Don’t use on 1000g Good for 500g
Brilliant for 500g bread dump packs, but can’t be used on the 900-1000g packs as it fails to mix and cook all the way through

It makes home-baked bread easier than ever to make
This Bread Maker has truly revolutionised my kitchen. I've always loved the idea of baking my own bread, but the time and effort involved often put me off. This bread maker has changed all that. With its 19 pre-programmed settings, it takes all the guesswork out of baking, allowing me to create a wide variety of delicious breads with minimal effort. From classic white loaves to gluten-free options, cakes, jams, and even yoghurt, this machine does it all. The 2.2lb capacity is perfect for my family, and the stainless steel design looks sleek and modern on my countertop. The ceramic pan is a dream to clean and ensures my bread is evenly baked and beautifully browned. One of my favourite features is the 15-hour delay timer. I can prep the ingredients the night before, set the timer, and wake up to the aroma of freshly baked bread wafting through the house. It's such a treat! The three crust shade settings allow me to customise my bread to perfection, and the keep-warm function ensures it stays at the ideal temperature until we're ready to eat. Since getting this bread maker, I've been experimenting with all sorts of recipes, and the results have been consistently impressive. The bread is delicious, the process is effortless, and my family is thrilled with the constant supply of home-baked goodness. If you're looking for a versatile, user-friendly, and reliable bread maker that delivers delicious results, I highly recommend the KITCANIS 19-in-1. It's a fantastic addition to any kitchen.

Disappointing
This product has not produced the results hoped for. The recipes are inaccurate , the dough didn’t rise. I’ve been altering them constantly with partial success. The instructions are minimal with little information. I can’t recommend this product.

My experience is that this is a decent bread maker if your bread recipes happen to match the presets built into this bread machine. However, since (unlike some other machines on the market) this bread maker lacks any "custom settings", your bread will fail when your desired recipe doesn't happen to match one of this machine's bread making presets. My wife and I found the limitations of the bread maker presets the hard way. We had originally bought this maker because we wanted to get back into making our own bread and our dying 20+ year old bread maker wasn't up to the task. However, the first few loafs of bread we tried failed (often collapsing into a dense lump of bread at the bottom of the machine). After those failed tries, we got the exact ingredients the bread maker's small "cook book" (that came with the machine) listed for their "wheat bread" and tried that. Bingo, that resulted in our first successful loaf from this machine. We then started making one ingredient substitution at a time, and seeing which of those loafs the bread machine also properly made. After multiple substitutions, our current preferred "wheat bread" substituted the 2 cups of wheat flower for 2 cups of our our own sifted flower we ground from wheat grains and also substituted the 2 cups of the costly "high gluten flower" with 2 cups of cheap white flower plus 2 tablespoons of gluten powder (the gluten powder essentially turns the cheap flower into "high gluten flower"). These substitutions not only lowered the cost of the ingredients but the resulting bread loaf actually tastes better than the original loaf did (presumably due to the extra flavor our own ground wheat grains bring to the table). In the end, we are reasonably happy with this bread maker and will continue to come up with our own bread recipes for use in this unit. But we also realize that many bread recipes fail in this unit, so this is a bit of a "trial and error" process in finding which bread loafs this unit can properly make. Still we have already figured out how to make a hardy and tasty wheat loaf with relatively inexpensive ingredients. So we are now buying much less bread in the stores, as we always have the option to make that wheat loaf when we need bread in the house.

Bought this as a gift for family. They love it and said it was easy to figure out how to use it. They are enjoying making and eating delicious healthy breads and trying various recipes. The kids are enjoying it as much as the adults!

I like this machine however I am going to tweak the recipe as my bread came out a little dense. I followed the measurement exactly. It had a nice taste.

Initially, this bread maker performed flawlessly. Recently, every loaf comes out having risen properly at the end next to the control panel, and sunken at the other end. It's always the same. I have no idea why it would do that unless there's some issue with the heating element.
