Data is so unreliable and buggy that you cannot depend on it. Based on my current experience: Email count is never correct. Weather is hardly ever accurate. Travel time has a bug where the destination cannot be updated rendering this feature useless. The only response given by support has been 'this is a known issue and we are working hard to resolve it'. It's been long enough where either that is BS or they have one poor soul working for them.Every quirky product I've purchased is very low quality it seems they skip the QA process entirely. Buyer beware!

It's a great product, but it doesn't work with the Wink app anymore (legacy product). Use it just to activate Nimbus, then use IFTTT to configure the dials. And believe me: it's better this way, IFTTT has many more options.

This seemed really neat, and it is a nice piece of equipment - but a bit flawed in design. That isn't why I give it two stars though. I give it two stars because it never updates. I could work around some of the flawed design, but the lack of updating makes it useless.I originally set it up to do some rather simple things. I have an HOA e-mail account that I need to keep up with. I set one of the "speedometers" (as I call them) to show me how many new e-mails I had on that account. At first it seemed kind of nifty. At a glance, without picking up a phone, I could see if the account needed tending to... But then I started noticing that it would not show the correct number of e-mails and in many cases it would not update for days.I saw where someone said to avoid the native app and use IFTTT but IFTTT isn't incredibly reliable either! So for any purposes I could imagine, it doesn't seem responsive enough. Looks really nice though!One last thing, the design flaws. The meter is kind of arbitrary on how it swings the needle around, and often times it covers useful info on the little LED screen readout. Also the readout is very limited in characters and cannot scroll characters. It would have been pretty neat if you could have set this up as a Stock Ticker, for example. But you can't.

Great Devices, but in the end it is just so useless. I have weather, time, recent emails, and Stocks. I only ever look at the emails and stock and those were done through IFTTT. TBH I would return it if it did not look really cool. Also a very hard to work setup, mine took a few hours and ultimately had to use a different phone to connect.EDIT: The displays have already started to glitch. Dial #3 randomly has dead pixels and dial #2 stopped updating. I would love my money back, but do not know how to contact seller. Dropping rating from 3 star to 2 star

UPDATED:Bad news: Wink has abandoned the Nimbus.GOOD news: You can select a similar device in Wink, called Pivot Power Genius, to do the setup for Nimbus (if failed in the first time, try a couple of times), then use IFTTT to configure your device as my original review below...10/13/2018: my Nimbus still survives after 3.5 years!This is a cool and useful gadget but will never work with the default app. Only use the Wink app to connect the Nimbus to the internet then go to ifttt.com to customize your dials. Look at my photos for ideas: 1. My customized notifications for tomorrow weather 2. Low and high temp tomorrow 3. Days countdown to an event 4. The subject of my last email.If you need help to make these recipes, comment below.

Would give 0 stars if I could. It's a dead, unsupported product that no longer integrates with its own software. Customer support is unable to do anything because it's unsupported anymore. Looks cool, great concept, just totally abandoned. Disappointed.

Had trouble connecting to mobile app at first. Once updated it's all good.

Be aware that this product is discontinued and unsupported. According to Wink support: "unfortunately the manufacture quirky went out of business in 2015 and since there has not been any updates to keep the services running correctly on those units. Given the device was manufactured and services maintained by Quirky we are unable to fix the integrations with that unit to improve functionality the manufacture no longer is updating the unit."Basically, it sort of works as a clock, and most of the other functionality is broken or useless. It still may be worth getting one on closeout if you want to repurpose the hardware.

Almost nothing works with the Wink app but there is WeatherUnderground support via IFTTT. Hoping that other IFTTT integration will come eventually.

Worked ok, but not fully compatible with my phone (BB), send it back for refund was a breeze. thanks
