Good value for money, our picky Axolotl loves them.
Excellent for a new axolotl. These are ti be removed 15 minutes after they’ve been placed in every time. But they are affordable and last ages. If you’re anything like us we only feed 4/5 pellets at a time and usually in a small tub for a juvenile axolotl.Very good price and value. Our little Bubblegum seems to like this brand of pellets where as others they’ve turned their nose up at. They smell like normal pellets. The size could maybe be a bit bigger but these will easily last us a month or more a go.

As for Axolotl ?
Very small slow sink pellets for Axolotl , well looking at them and the food thy have these are full of just about everything thy need, but for my water frog YUMMY thy watch them fall and dive into them.A bit big for them but thy do like to nibble at them the fish also find them interesting. You do get a lot but the price is maybe a little steep for the amount.200g is about £8 these are £6.99 for 55g

Good food source
At the time of writing this review, the price is £6.99.The FishScience Axolotl Food (55g) is a high-protein sinking pellet designed to mimic the natural diet of axolotls. Made with Black Soldier Fly and mealworms, it provides essential nutrients for healthy growth and digestion. The 4mm pellet size makes it suitable for axolotls of all ages, and it sinks quickly for easy feeding. Users appreciate its high-quality ingredients and good acceptance by axolotls, though some note that it can cloud the water if overfed. Overall, it's a nutritious and reliable choice for axolotl care.

Small pellets
The Fish Science Axolotl Food arrived with the tamper seal intact. The food is suitable for all life stages, as per the description I got this food to give my axolotl a variety to his diet, the food contains insect meal amongst the other ingredients, once added to the tank I had no problems and the pellets sank straightaway, however the pellets are very small, compared to his usual food, so only time will tell if he takes to them.

Not suitable to feed Axlotls
I bought this to try something else for my Axlotl as he stopped eating but these pellets are way to small and floating on the top of the tank, which makes the Axlotl impossible to get it even if a few lands on the ground, the pellets are to small to find, they only come to the serfice of the water to breathe so unsuitable for them.
