The real deal!
I had been looking for the real thing for years, since I was no longer able to find it locally. I tried several sources but was always dissapointed, they were usually a blend of Limburger and Brick cheeses which was nowhere near what I was looking for. I bought 7ozs first and finally...I then bought this whole block, I keep it vacuume sealed in the fridge and now I can enjoy whenever I want. This is the real beer cheese, I tell everyone where they can order their's.
