We tried giving these a shot. First night I couldn't get them to charge. Tried different usb connectors to see if it was that. Decided to just use the original ones. Next night we tried different outlets.. didn't change anything.. found out if you get the watch just right and cinch down the band as much as possible.. it will charge, but if you don't get it just right, you'll wake up to an uncharged watch

The magnets don't seem do be strong enough to latch onto the watch consistently. There have been several times where the watch falls off in the middle of the night and, therefore, never charges.
