Fantastic quality

Took ages for delivery and not good communication after order.My autistic son absolutely loves it and it's one of his favorite things he likes because it's him on it playing the drums. The print is gorgeous although I've been trying to keep it clean and dry and some of the print is already coming off. I don't know how to deal with it but i assume I've done something wrong. None of my order printed stuff is coming off and I've had them years longer.Even though my son has a thing for it and i really appreciate it. But i will order from someone else next time.But still thank you.

There are photos on the mug and I was sure that I would see them only when the mug warms up... I am disappointed and I don't have time to order another one
