I love my new swivel rocker/recliner with massage, & heat functions! First of all, one of the 2 boxes the chair was delivered in, was quite heavy, & I did need help getting it into the house, but otherwise, assembling the chair was a breeze! Putting the arms on the slide channels was very simple. The back portion of the chair slid right into place, as well. Then it was just a matter of connecting the various wires to operate the remote control, & the transformer for the power to the chair. It was all easy to understand, & convenient to put together. I spent the rest of the afternoon enjoying this very comfortable recliner.... & taking a nap in it.Just looking at the online photo, I was a bit worried that I wouldn't like the upholstery. It appeared a mottled gray on my computer screen, but when it arrived, I was very pleased with the fabric, & since I'm quite particular, I'm not always that easy to please. lol But despite the low cost, all the quality, & extra functions you could ever want are present in this very comfy recliner.The simple styling & clean lines make this chair very contemporary, & able to blend with other styles exceedingly well. I especially appreciate the way the side pockets are hidden within a side panel, & not just tacked on like a patch pocket. The swivel base allows me to turn enough to get a wonderful view through the window, then turn back toward the television. This recliner is an all-around good buy. I had one small issue, but the company rectified it immediately, with wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this product, & the manufacturer.

This recliner is very comfortable with heat and a bit of massage. I sit in it more than a similar recliner that cost 3-1/2 times more. It was easy for me and my granddaughter to assemble. It looks nice and seems to be well built.

I really like this chair because it swivels, rocks, reclines, vibrates and heats. It does sit quite low to the ground, which is right for me since I'm not that tall.

I am so happy with this purchase for my baby’s nursery! The rocking feature and the 360° swivel is perfect. I’m really happy that I found a rocker with cupholders and side pockets, this has been so essential since my little one has been born. Love the heat and massage options, definitely helps me relax and helps my back after a long day. The material is soft and durable. The cream color also fits great with my nursery theme.Truly loving this!!

It's comfortable and fairly easy to assemble.-Vibrations feel good on my legs and middle to right side of back.The bad: I'm 5'11" 220 lbs and just fit.The heater is on one side on the back rest and the " massager " is on the otherWhen installing the back rest have a wrench and flat head screw driver ready, the clips need to be pushed in in order to get them to slide to the inside of the props and it wasn't easy.All in all I could see myself falling asleep in it.And I feel the metal bars on the side and lower back when moving around

This recliner is my new favorite addition to my apartment!After receiving it, it took less than a half hour to put everything together. The instructions were simple, and straightforward.The ability to swivel, rock, and recline to my hearts content made me quickly realize I made the right purchase. The value for the money is unmatched!I also love that it’s the perfect size for my studio apartment. Not too big, not too small, and SO incredibly comfortable. You can see my kitty likes curling up with me in it too! :)

This chair is extremely comfortable and fits perfectly in our boy's nursery. I gave it 4 stars because when you recline the back of the chair, it wants to come back to the upright position. I wish it would stay where I wanted it so I didn't feel like I was fighting it to stay back. Also, I thought the massagers would be rollers, but it is just vibrate. Still a really great chair for the price!
