well built and exceptionally accurate
I bought this thermostat to control a large (36" and 1/2 hp motor) gable fan in my barn. It was easy to mount and wire. Turns on at EXACTLY the temperature set. The thermostat can be used to either turn on a motor when the temp reaches and EXCEEDS the set point (such as a ventilation fan), or turn on the device when the temperature drops BELOW the set point (such as a heater). I did have to go online and find the installation instructions (the written material enclosed was inadequate). I would definitely recommend this thermostat.

Eh, a bit pricey but...
If you need one of these, ask them for better instructions!! I have no idea how to hook it up because the instructions aren't great for someone who's never installed one before, like ME!! Lol. It is of very good quality though!!! Hopefully, I'll get to install it someday!! As for the price like it said...they are a bit pricey for what they are!!!

Absolute JUNK
To begin with, the vaunted accuracy mentioned in reviews? This was off by at least 20 degrees. OK, who cares as long as I can set it to turn the attic fan on when I want. It was actually a fairly cool morning so the attic wasn't really warm enough for a fan. Well by lunch time, the temp up there had risen from @73 to 117 and rising, but... the fan wasn't on yet. OK, fine, I'll just turn it until it comes on again and the back off a little just to get it in the ballpark. Guess what? It never came on again! I rechecked my steps, power, etc, and all was as it should be. OK, is it the fan or the controller? I bypassed the controller, hit the switch and the fan came right on. So this thing lasted somewhere south of the 3 hours I was away and probably much less than that. Based on this experience, I would question the quality of anything made by this company and anyone who would sell it.

Most accurate well built
Very good product. If you dobt mind the exposed coil this us a very accurate device. Remember its supposed to be accurate and tge exposed coul allows that
