I bought these macebells for help with my back. I have had problems with my spine for over 5 years now. You can imagine I’ve bought a lot of exercise equipment to help me on my road to recovery. I just got introduced to them by stumbling across them on Amazon.I have a full set of Kettlebell Kings Kettlebells which have a similar color code banding that Wolf Macebells use. (Which is really nice!) Really that was the main reason why I purchased them.However after receiving them all I am very pleased with them all. I did have some issues with the 25lb macebell, but nothing worth changing my review. There was some 2 minor scratches on the ball of the mace. This is technically the replacement as the first one more damage to the coating only. This is nothing that Joel from Wolf Equipment couldn’t take care of. He was extremely easy to work with even dealing with my questions and indecisiveness. He got $350+ worth of my business. I bought some for my parents also.Summary: I was shocked to see such a high rating for these items. But don’t let any of them fool you. You get what you pay for. These will last a lifetime if you treat them well. They are comfortable in my hand.I would only make one critique which is on the 10lb macebell. Change the diameter of the handle to 1.25” instead of 1.5”. Since it’s on the beginner section and because most likely smaller men/women with smaller hands will be using it. It makes sense to me. Retrospec sells an WONDERFUL example of what I mean by smaller diameter handle. Every other aspect of the products are perfect.Thanks again Joel!

(straight and uniform)4. End cap is metal and welded to shaft.The knurling is semi-aggressive. Especially compared to the Revolve (Retrospec) brand, which has neutral knurling, and is the most popular brand on Amazon as of November 2024. Both brands are comparable in quality, I just wanted to try this one.Looking forward to starting mace training!

I've had ongoing issues with my right shoulder freezing up, but the macebell, combined with the tutorials in the Ebook, has been a gamechanger. I’ve spent up to $100 for 30-minute therapy sessions that really didn’t help. That money would have been better spent on multiple macebells. By practicing different swings, archers, and shoulder cuff exercises found in the ebook, I’ve significantly reduced my pain. I’m optimistic that the pain might completely disappear. The relief and satisfaction from this routine are so compelling that I never want to stop! On top of that, I’m getting in great shape, which wasn’t even my main goal. For anyone worried about potential injuries, start light. This thing will surprise you. It’s not like a dumbbell or even a kettlebell. Use the ebook & youtube tutorials as a guide, start by gripping the mace in the middle, and get accustomed to the movements. I regret not starting this sooner; it might have prevented my shoulder issues altogether. But better late than never.This is an excellent product. 100% recommend it!

The media could not be loaded. This mace is an absolute level up from all others on the market. It's grips are ergonomic, light weight, and intuitive. As. Fitness Coach I use these products with my clients and Wolf Strength really makes mace exercises more appealing and approachable for all fitness levels. The Mace itself not only has an impeccable design, but it even has a color coded band to designate the weight of the bar without needing to flip it over and check. Small details like this and a FREE ebook are what set Wolf Strength apart from the pack. It's size is is perfect for a mass variety of exercises and it truly has a serious high end finish on it. These are built by someone with experience using the product and someone who really took the time to get every detail right. 10/10.I recommend a 8-10lbs for beginners and 10-20 lbs for intermediate to advanced lifters. Mace work is very different than conventional strength, when in doubt start lighter.

Well built only reason for 4 stars is the width of the handle is a bit wide works for me but my wife struggles with it due to her hand size she has no problem with a Standard bench press bar but this being wider is the issue. It's well built and the knurling is great to help with the grip while doing over head swings.

I workout at home and was in a rut. I was tired of the normal body weight and dumbbell exercises and was looking for something that worked my core and was fun and different. Enter the steel macebell. These totally energized my workouts and gave me fresh exercises.I was on the fence because I didn't know exactly what to do with it but the ebook and exercise library gave me sooo many new exercises that I've never thought about.I bought a 10lb and 15lb and they were plenty heavy. It's crazy that a 10lb weight can make me sweat and make my shoulders and core burn like crazy!Easily my favorite new piece of equipment in my garage gym! Well worth the investment as they will last forever.

I just got into mace work. This mace is well made and balanced. Having a long handle allows one to adjust their level of resistance.

The wolf strength steel mace ball is a game changer. As a high school wrestling coach, I am always trying to find new ways to challenge my team to get stronger and with the wolf strength steel mace ball I have done it. My team is able to train multiple aspects that are important to wrestling at the same time: grip strength, core strength and stability, and shoulders. I can not begin to tell you how much this has helped me team get stronger. It is also a new piece of equipment they have never seen or used before, so everyone is excitied to use it. I definitely recommend it for something new that your team is not use to and something different .
