Bike is amazing can't say the same about the charger as it has stopped working

I would strongly advise against buying this ebike. Mine worked for just 8 weeks before it developed serious faults. What followed was a frustrating and time-wasting back-and-forth with the seller, who made me jump through endless hoops—uploading YouTube videos, rechecking cables, and repeating steps I’d already done from the start.Even worse, the bike became dangerous in the days before it stopped working altogether. Despite being switched off and me attempting to stop it, the motor kept running on its own. This could have caused a serious accident.I had to escalate the matter to customer support. Instead, I got resolution in the claims department. Save yourself the hassle—look elsewhere.

It's a fantastic bike and can carry a lot of weight. I removed the rear seat and put a box on and then bought a trailer and I use it for shopping and getting firewood. You can also add your own settings and it's easy to do so the bike now does 20mph and in pedal assist #1 you can get 15 miles but I live in a place with hills so you would get double that if you live somewhere place flat. I have to say that this bike doesn't have any gears and it's a heavy bike so not good for everyone, but if you are staying local and have a shed or a garage then I fully recommend it. If you're a "lighter" person then this bike is going to take you for miles and miles.

The battery is defect and install steps are really poor not everyone could install the product.
