I ordered these on the choc zero website, along with other items, and I absolutely loved them. Great flavor, texture and you can eat 1 and its enough.When they arrived in my larger Choc Zero box, they were packed in a box with other items so there wasn't an issue. Choc zero is very good about packaging their food.This small order was in a brown bag type package and it had a hole in it, to which the ants invaded one of my boxes and it had to be thrown away.I highly recommend the candy, they are amazing, and I love choc zero as a company and their products. I was very disappointed when my package arrived this way, as this has never happened in the many years I have been ordering from them.

first off, this says it’s soft and chewy, and it just isn’t. idk if it’s because of it experiencing heat while shipping or what but the candy is pretty hard and more the consistency of a hard caramel or toffee candy. the flavor is fine, but the box is much smaller than i thought it was, containing about nine pieces altogether. the pieces are on the large size compared to say, a starburst or something (it’s about the size of two of them, if you’re curious). i got these because i’ve been getting dental work lately and hard candies hurt my teeth, which these also did, so if softness is a major factor for you, these are probably not what you’re looking for. once you put them in your mouth they do soften up a bit but the initial hardness is such a turn-off for me that i didn't like it. as for the price for nine of them? this is too expensive, i won’t be repurchasing them. it’s a shame bc the taste is good but the texture just isn’t, nor is the price.

These are a nice treat for those of us who do not eat sugar. The color is not artificial bright pink, but rather a brownish pink. I can live with that. The taste is good and they do not taste like a chemical to me. The texture can be chewy or soft. The texture for each order has been different. I like the box rather than a thick plastic container and I commend this company for being progressive by using packaging that will not be around for a thousand years five minutes after consumption. If you can eat sugar and have those expectations, please eat sugar, but don't kill this product with your bad reviews.

So sorry, Choczero, I love some of your products, but these are a no-go for me. The texture is hard; I bit into a piece and it literally cracked in half. I contiuned to chew and it was crunchy and chalky. Toward the end of the chewing, the texture became chewy. At first, I thought maybe they were stale, but the expiration date was good. Texture aside, the taste is awful. It's hard to even describe. Slightly strawberry flavor with the main note being that stereotypical sugar-free aftertaste from the old days, before they had good sugar substitutes. This is sweetened with monk fruit, so I'm not sure why it tastes so bad, but it does. This company nails a lot of sugar-free products that I really love, but this one is a fail. Fortunately, it was only 5 bucks. It comes in a cute little box, but sadly it's going right into the trash.

I’ve ordered from ChocZero directly and these are soft and delicious. We’ve ordered twice from Amazon and they are very hard. They still taste good when they soften in my mouth. I did contact ChocZero and they said it was an issue that occurred when the chews are exposed to extreme temperatures. They are working on it. I think it would be wisest to order straight from the company. That way the chews would have more consistent storage until shipped to the customer.

Delicious. Hard, not as soft as expected.Says Keto friendly. More carbs than expected. I will not order again. If I am interested in anything else from this seller, I will get the exact information on carbs first.

I usually love this vendors products, but these are not as advertised. They are hard and difficult to chew. I reached out to the vendor. They blew me off and told me to get a refund from Amazon. They insisted that when they sell their products off their website they arrive soft and fresh. May think twice before ordering anything else from this company.

Diabetics have sweet tooth and this is a great treat.
