I’ve tried many different brands, but this one is by far my favorite! It blends well, tastes just like sugar, and doesn’t have any weird bitterness or cooling effect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious and Keto-friendly alternative!

Great calorie substitute for sugar

Pros are biggest-- Monk Fruit and Stevia are a great healthy combo for most people-- it tastes more like sugar to me than a lot of sweeteners, its natural, and it dissolves easily in hot liquids (might take more stirring in colder things). Cons- the dispenser for a small amount is hard to snap closed. The one f=on he other side, for a larger amount, works OK. I like to leave lids closed just cuz...but with this, I leave it open- so far, nothing has gotten into it and probably won't, but wish they would make an easier close top for the slotted opener.

Best sugar substitute ever, but wish it came in more economical friendly container.
