Even though the box arrived damaged, I thought the hat would be too. The hat arrived in perfect condition, and I'm super happy with the craftsmanship which is expected from Stetson. I will be ordering more for sure.

I bought this as a xmas gift for my son and he loves it.

Opened box & thought it was a joke. Took pic with Camel color Stetson Fedora beside it ( hat on brim only for pic !).These are not cheap foldable ,travel hats ! Setup return 15 minutes later & ordered from reputable hat store - cost more but will be legitimate Stetson in a hat box

The overall quality of this hat is top notch.

The hat comes with a medium crown and the brim is a bit smaller than what I normally wear. Regardless it is still a great look. The packaging came with a "cardboard square" instead of a regular hat box; so keep in mind that if you wish to have your hat for display or everyday use, it would be useful to buy a wall mount or a separate box for storage. The hat is made out of wool, not felt, and the sweatband is leather. However, the sweatband does make a small bit of noise and is stamped with less detailing other than the Stetson logo. The satin lining is good, like the other hats I've bought of Stetson's main website. All together it was worth the money, and it will be a good piece in my wardrobe.

Ordered stetson fedora in blue and 7 5/8. Got a black one size 7 3/8. Beautiful hat, just wrong size, wrong color. 🤪. No reorder from me. 5 stars cuz it is a beautiful hat.

My husband loves this hat! It was a perfect fit (size Small.) It’s very soft and bendable. It goes back to the original shape when mashed. The gray color is very rich and pleasing. It is a very well made hat. My husband really liked that it was lined.
