Amazon Echo Spot (newest model), Great for nightstands, offices and kitchens, Smart alarm clock with Alexa, BlackReducing CO2

Okay, so I got the new Amazon Echo Spot, and I'm pretty happy with it! It's the perfect size for so many places. I've got mine on my nightstand, and it's great. It doesn't take up a ton of space, which is awesome. But I can totally see it working well in an office or even the kitchen.The main thing is, it's a really good smart alarm clock. The display is clear, and I love that I can just ask Alexa to set an alarm. No more fumbling with tiny buttons in the dark! And of course, it does way more than just alarms.Alexa is super helpful, as always. I can ask about the weather, control my smart home devices, and even listen to music. The sound quality is surprisingly good for such a small device. It's clear, and it can get pretty loud if you want it to.Overall, I'd say if you're looking for a smart device that's compact, versatile, and has a good display, the new Echo Spot is definitely worth checking out. It's a solid upgrade, and I'm finding it really useful in my daily life.

We bought the Echo Dot Kids for my daughter around Christmas time, partly hoping it would help answer some of the wild questions she comes up with (and save me some head-scratching!). While it hasn't completely taken over that role, it primarily gets used for playing music and checking the weather, which it does really well. We particularly love that it conveniently shows the temperature right on the home screen.On no fault of the product itself, I had initially thought we'd be able to use it for video calls while I was at work, but it's important to note that this particular model isn't capable of video chatting. Overall, it's a fun and useful little device for music and information for kids, as long as you're aware of its capabilities!

I am writing this review because I am so extremely happy with the Echo Spot. I needed a new echo, but the 5th generation of Echo Dot with a clock, is not available at Amazon. So I ordered an echo spot in blue. It is so very pretty and has so many different displays of the clock. It was a was a great price. It has numerous capabilities. I put a number of reminders in for medications, when to feed my cats, weekly reminders on a certain day and at a certain time. I was really lost without the clock and I’m glad I could find something that fit my needs. I really love the Amazon Echo products and I’m learning to love the Echo Spot with it’s clock. Give it a try……,♥️

I previously had a '90s clock radio and an Echo Dot in my bedroom. But after seeing the Echo Spot, I decided this was all I really needed on my nightstand and gave it a shot.It has a very slick modern look, is super easy to set up, and has several clock face, color, and other setting options. Definitely better than the bright red digital numbers on my dated old alarm clock. And as far as interaction with Alexa, the Spot works just as well as any other Echo device that I’ve owned.My only complaints are:ONE - The (lack of) sound quality. The 3rd gen Echo Dot that I moved from my bedroom to my kitchen honestly has fuller sound and is better for listening to music. Since I often listen to music while spending time in my bedroom, I’m pretty disappointed.TWO - No LED light ring of any kind. The only way to know Alexa is “listening” or whether you have a notification is if you're looking at the screen head-on. Since I'm not directly in front of it while moving around my bedroom during the day, a small LED indicator along the top similar to the Echo Pop would’ve been nice.

Finally, an Echo to Love... All I ever wanted was a clock, that could do the routines I have set up, and play music.. this is it!!!! replaced two echo shows with two Echo Spots.. could not stand the Sponsered ads that kept showing up on the show, even though I had both set on full time night mode.. ditch the show, and get the Spot.. the sound is incredible from this little thing.. on par with my Bose Bluetooth Speakers, which I unpaired to just use the built in speaker with the Spot.. on the plus side it also will show my doorbell cameras on my TV screen by voice command.. the show did not do that

I bought this because I got tired of always having to set the time on my bedroom clock when the power goes out for 5 measly seconds! The unit has great hearing. Even when I am around the corner and speaking low. The audio is adequate. The face is white letters on black during the day and switches to amber letters at night. I wish the clock was BIGGER and that I had the option to have it NOT go to amber at night. Basically I am still saying "Alexa, what time is it". But I have solved the problem of having to reset the time.

I love my alexa, Always telling her to turn my lights on and off😂 It connects really easily and the process of setting it up is fast, Its fallen off my vanity SO many times and it has not cracked at all so i’d say it’s pretty durable i got it on sale during black friday deals so i got it on a good deal, I will say you definitely need to speak LOUD just to get it to hear you because sometimes it won’t even respond but overall pretty good and worth it.

What was I waiting for! I can’t believe how much I love this Alexa!! I can play all kinds of music for my alarm which I highly appreciate because my Apple phone will not remember my alarm song choice and always awakens me with a blaring scary dinging noise! It startled me when it wakes me up, but Alexa wakes me up with whatever gentle music I choose! It’s the perfect size for a nightstand and the clock brightness dims at night so you’re not struggling with the clock light in your face all night long. I absolutely love this because I can play music while I am tidying up my room or while I’m in my shower I can control the volume level, etc. I really wish I would’ve bought one of these years ago. I can’t believe how much I am enjoying it. I am going to buy one for every room in my house.
