Good quality, it is slightly bulky, larger than a kettle but has good functions. Four medium potatoes, 3/4 of a leek (that was what was left in my fridge), a stock cube (I used M&S white wine and garlic), a splash of chilli (personal choice). Filled with water up to the first mark. Pressed smooth and 21 minutes later I had a nice hot soup. I’m not a soup lover and it’s my aim to eat them using up veg etc in my fridge. Really easy to use. It has a slight noise when blending but only for a few minutes and that would only be an issue in your kitchen is in you living area. I’m really impressed for the price. Buying one now as a gift.

Just used it for the first time. Easy to follow instructions. Easy to wash and clean. Great product

2nd time of using and last. Burns the soup ! Did a broccoli soup followed the recipe. And 2nd time of operation. Burnt out at the bottom on a smith setting ! Just need to know who’s sending the refund Amazon?
