Lovely for a beginners woodwork project!
I received this item via the Vine Programme and here is my honest and unbiased review. Sweet lock and key for homemade projects. A very nice simple lock and key that are not the strongest or most unbreakable of locks, but good for kids / beginners projects. Happy with product and happy with price. It is what I need for my project. 3 stars!

Good value
I ordered this from Vine, knowing I had a potential use for it. Whilst this is a cabinet lock, so more usually fitted to a cabinet door, and locks into the opposite door, I made a catcher for it from some brass plate, and now it's a lock for a box I just finished making. Good quality lock for the money. I think the key could have been shorter, but that's a very minor gripe.

Cabinet lock
Old fashioned style cabinet lock with key. I wish to make a little cabinet for myself and this lock will be perfect for it, it's like the ones you would find on an old bureau. The key turns nice and smoothly and the quality is good. I think it will work well for my intended use.

A quality lock perfect for antique furniture
I have an antique dresser that was missing the lock. This lock fitted perfectly and looks amazing. The key is also high quality and looks amazing when left in the lock. It has a great movement action when the key is turned. Also a great price.

Good little cabinet lock
This is a good little cabinet lock, easy to install and has a nice smooth action.

Cabinet lock that doesn't lock or open 🗝️
This is a nice brass cabinet lock but it's jammed and doesn't work. I tried forcing it to lock or unlock but it doesn't do what it's supposed to do and I even tried pushing the lever to see if that would get it going... No such luck. I ordered it because I've seen an antique cabinet for sale at a ridiculously low price just because the key to the lock is missing and the cabinet is shut. I thought I might buy it and take the hinges off to open the door and replace the lock. Not with this lock.
