PC Power Button, Desktop Power Button PC External Power Switch ON Off LED PC Power Supply Button SW Extension for Computer Motherboard

I bought this external PC power switch to replace an old switch I have been using for years. My old switch started only working once in a while to not working at all. This switch was easy to install on my computers front panel connector on my motherboard. It took me about two minutes to install it because I have built my last two computers so I already knew how to hook it up. There are instructions included that explain how to hook it up. I am using my switch on my desk so I will not be using the self stick tape it comes with. It works great as far as turning on my computer. I'm glad I bought this external PC Power Switch and highly recommend it.

So our cat decided to figure out how to turn off the computer for attention. She found the orginal button and has been causing havoc ever since. This button was a game changer. We moved it to the front of the case instead of the top and we no longer have any issues with a terroristic cat. Took 5 minutes to hook up and works great.

Works great and it’s nice that there is an adaptor included for split functionality with the existing power button. Installation is easy if you don’t want the case power button to work, but if you want split functionality you’ll need a breakout board or extension for the panel pins on the motherboard, because most cases have one combination header nowadays for these pins, not individual headers. You’ll need the adaptor AND an extension.

This is great!! Did wonders for a G-5 Hacintosh build that needed two!! When done right and if you know where to put them..they look fantastic!!

Works well as intended. If you have your pc under your desk, you may need this so that you don’t have to bend over to turn on your pc.

Very high quality button. also the splitter works well to enable the old PC button / lights to still function.

I use this on my test bench PC and having this button is awesome. The cable is incredibly long, the button has a VERY satisfying click, and it comes with adhesive to stick on places. I love this button!! I highly recommend it.

Buenísimo, cumple su propósito y el cable es de gran tamaño, sin embargo no vino bien empacado, el adaptador de pines que se incluye vino fuera del empaque dentro de una caja sin sellos, por lo que se pudo dañar o perder durante el traslado. Por lo demás todo bien.
