What are the laundering instructions? I can't locate them on the jacket.

Hi. They are on the tag on the bottom left where you open the jacket. Wash cold. Hang dry. Don’t put in the dryer, it will ruin these jackets. Hope this helps. Danny

Does this jacket run small or big ...?

I'm 6'4" 245lbs and the 2x runs a tad big but not too bad. The adjustable straps at the wrists help and gives me room to layer for cold environments.
