Play It Like It Is Guitar Joe Satriani The Extremist Tab (Easy Guitar Series)

Another fantastic album by Joe! this tab book has all the classic extremist songs, they also have different tunings: friends is Db, the extremist is Eb, war is Eb, crying is standard tuning, Rubina's blue sky happiness is standard, summer song is standard, tears in the rain is standard, why is standard, Motorcycle is standard and new blues is standard. A lot of them have Nashville tunings for other guitars. Just thought I would warn you as it it is tricky to tune to these songs with a guitar with a tremolo bar on it. Great book and I recommend this for Satch fans! Doesn't come with CD.

I had searched for this book for months and was pleased to find it. This book has tablature written out perfectly and is easy to uderstand. It also helpfully mentions which pedals are used when.This book is good for both beginners and guitar lovers. i myself have only been playing 6 months, ive had this book for six days and can already play tears in the rain. this book has both acoustic rock and 'clean' music.why and cryin' are a must learn.Also some tabsd are written out for two guitarists. The only thing to make this book better would be a list of the specific types of pedals and a cd of the tracks explained and slowed down.BUT don't get me wrong this is an amazing book and best of all its 100percent correct!

Joe Satriani é simplesmente um mestre!!! E quanto mais se toca e entende as composições, fica claro o tipo de músico que ele é. As partituras estão corretas, porém como todas tablaturas, as mesmas não apresentam a melhor forma de digitação, sendo necessário uma correção para quem utiliza as mesmas.

主にFriendsを弾きたくて購入。かなり正確なTabな感じがします。シンコーさんから出ているサトリアーニ ギターリフ道場も合わせて見ながら分析しています。追記：Young Guitar 1992 9月号にFriendsのスコア掲載されておりますが、こちらの本書とまぁまぁ違い有ります。弾き比べても本書のほうがよりCD再現度が高いと感じました。

Purchased as a gift for my guitarist husband, this is a great tablature book. His playing style is quite similar to Satriani's and I was pleased to find this book available on Amazon. My favorite song from this collection is Rubina's Blue Sky Happiness. Having married a highlly talented electric guitar player who comes from a long line of Bluegrass musicians, I love the song's combination of uplifting, traditional Bluegrass combined with the awesome guitar solo. I look forward to seeing The Lincoln Boys play this song live in the near future, in part thanks to the tablature provided in this book.
