LOVE LOVE LOVE this waver! I tried it the minute it arrived! It was simple to follow the instructions and simple to use! It waved my hair better than expected. I purchased the 1.25 and 1 inch wavers. I have not tried the 1" yet, but will tomorrow! The product came packaged nicely. Shipping was super fast. The waver is high quality! My hair looks fabulous! It waved my hair and made it have the natural wave look, as I was able to get close to my scalp. The waves lasted 2 days so far! I have medium long medium thickness medium texture hair! It was a bit humid outside and the wave stayed well/! Very happy!

Completely Worth the Value!I’ve used the TYMO ROVY Beach Waves waver about four times now, and I absolutely love it! It heats up super fast and beeps when it’s ready, so there’s no guessing and less risk of burning your hair. The finger protection at the tip is a great bonus and makes styling safer and more comfortable.It leaves my hair with beautiful waves and no tangles, which is a big plus! For deeper, more defined waves, just use thinner sections of hair. So far, I have zero complaints — it’s easy to use, gives salon-quality results, and is completely worth the value. I definitely recommend it!

Why did I wait to buy this?I have hair a bit past my shoulders. It's super fine and chemically treated. It's also thinning and dry and brittle.I was hopeful this would be a solution for a hair style with more volume. I can never recreate what my stylist does. But this little guy is amazing.The heat setting is essential. I require the lowest setting. The timed beep is even better. While I do still count (ADHD) it helps for the times I get distracted.The waves stay all day. Unlike curling irons I don't have to worry about limp straight hair after a few hours. I don't even need to add spray to hold the waves all day. Sleeping with a silk bonnet helps keep a little of the wave and volume the next day.It also heats up very quickly so there isn't much wait time if you are in a rush. I can complete my hair in under 10 minutes. I assume thicker fuller hair would take more time.This was definitely worth the price.

*Full disclosure*This was done on dirty hair and it was my first time doing it.I went in not having any expectations and even though it used this on dirty hair and in a very messy way,it turned out really good. Gave me some nice beachy waves for the first time ever trying something like this. I would highly suggest to start with 300 degrees. Not hotter than this because it can fry your hair. Hence the reason why many reviews say this burnt their hair.Gauge the temperature and see if your hair can withstand a higher temperature or if you should reduce it… with good practice this can look flawless but for now I am having fun creating something different on my hair. This is a perfect hairstyle for summer ! Buy it !

I have short hair that doesn’t hold curl well and is difficult to style and I have recently purchased and tried other wavers but became frustrated and disappointed. I took a chance to purchase this waver after watching many videos and recommendations. I’m soo glad I did & have thrown out all of the others!! It’s the best by far & easy to for those like me who don’t really like to take a lot of time or efforts into the process. I love the timer feature & it’s adjustable as well, I was able to use it on my daughter and didn’t need to worry about damage to her hair. The only negative thing I could say was that I found it isn’t really cool to the touch as claimed, or that you could hold the waver or rest it against the skin and not worry about it being hot or burning you. In fact I found it to be hotter than I expected and was sure to use extra caution as I would with all hair styling tools when using it with my daughter but I was disappointed its claim of it being safe and not possible to burn someone.

I'm very happy with this wave maker! It creates beautiful waves quickly and easily, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I use it on a lower heat setting and usually don't leave it on my hair for the full 4 seconds—just to avoid any risk of damage. I do think it could burn hair if left too long on a high setting, so I definitely recommend starting with the lower heat and adjusting as needed.For reference, my hair is naturally fluffy and reaches about the middle of my back, and this tool works great for me. It’s fast, easy to use, and gives me the waves I want without a lot of effort. Highly recommend!

Hair Looks Great but Smells Burned!This tool actually works really well when it comes to styling — my hair looked amazing after using it. just the way I wanted.BUT the smell is awful. As soon as I used it, I noticed a strong burning smell. Even my mom came in to my room to check what was burning, and i used lower setting. My hair smelled burnt right after and even days later, the smell stayed.( i used heat protection)It made me worry that it’s damaging my hair, even though the results looked good.I can’t keep using something that makes my hair smell like it’s burning. Really disappointed, because it had potential. If they fix this heating or smell issue, it could be great. But for now, I can’t recommend it.

be careful with this thing. I am pretty sure I have irreversible heat damage now. My hair is naturally curly but I started using this because I like the relaxed beachy waves. I've been using it too much. Now, my curl pattern is ruined. My hair is stringy and rubbery. I ordered k18 to try to repair it & will likely need several inches chopped next week because they are completely damaged and straight now. I love it though. It makes my hair look great, but it's super damaging.
