Alpha X Review So glad to see such great projectors at such amazing prices. I just bought this projector. It was a very easy install and in 5 mins everything was installed updated and ready to enjoy. Mount the projector either on a shelf or through a ceiling mount and your're good to go. Auto Focus feature works really well. The remote and the projector setting are very simple to understand. Most important features: 1. Great Clarity 2. Great Clarity even at larger screen size. 3. Great Clarity even on a clean white wall. I am using a white wall as I don't think a projector screen would even be needed. 4. Fast connectivity and good Auto Focus feature. The Keystone adjustments are the real deal. 5. Connect your tv stick or set top box and the visuals just get enhanced so much better enabling the 4K feature. 6. Add a great soundbar or a 5.1 surround system if the room is bigger than 250 sq.fts and you get to use the full potential of the projector viewing experience. High time when TVs have become redundant and time has come for projector screens to rule. Who needs a 50 inch screen for 40000, when you get a 300 inch 4k screen at just about 16000, add another 7-8k on a great sound system and you wont find the need to visit movie theatres. I am lovin' it!!

Then, just four months later, the same yellow spot issue came back—again during the warranty period. It was incredibly frustrating to see the exact same problem repeat itself, especially after already going through the hassle and cost of repair once. When I contacted WZATCO again, instead of standing by their product, they asked me to send the projector back to Bangalore again, and this time, pay ₹1000 in courier charges—plus additional charges for parts, if needed. They also said that issues like dust, black or white spots, or screen discoloration are not covered under warranty. Let me be clear: This is not a one-time accident or misuse. It’s a recurring defect in their product. Also, the autofocus problem was caused during their own repair process. Now they expect me to keep spending money and time to fix something that’s clearly a faulty unit. I requested them—very reasonably—for either: A brand-new replacement unit with a fresh warranty, or A full refund if they can’t deliver a reliable product. But instead, I got a scripted reply and more demands for money. So now, I’ve decided to take this to the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. I’ve collected all the proof: invoices, service records, and emails. I’m done being patient and silent. If you’re considering buying a WZATCO projector—think twice. Their after-sales service, quality control, and customer support are deeply disappointing. Don’t repeat my mistake.

To fully harness the projector's capabilities, it is advisable to play files directly from a USB drive.
