Q: Is the subwoofer wireless (besides the power) ?

Thank you for your question. The subwoofer is wired. The connector cable is included.

Q: Does the subwoofer need to be hooked up to sound bar, or completely wireless?

Dear customer, The subwoofer is corded from the sound bar.

Q: Does it come with mounting brackets?

The brackets are part of the plastic body of the sound bar , only mounting screws and anchors are included. Can be seen in my unboxing video reviewed with 4 Stars. By the way the Bluetooth connection already not working, it was great on the begining, I have to try the cable optical or HDMI connection.
