I like a comfortable fit and I'm aware that sometime the sizes on amazon have to be really well scrutinised. I don't care about labels - no pun intended - so I don't care if this was an XL. I think this would have been a large or possibly even a medium some years ago. IT's not just amazon that you have to understand the sizing. I remember Debenhams, M&S, and Woolies all had larger or smaller versions of the S, M, and L. If you go back far enough they even put an inch size in the labels. In short look at at least a size larger than you might have taken.So, Fit good.Colour. the grey was slightly more grey and less bluey than the photo. but not a problem. Definitely close and and definitely grey.Two pockets. at the front.Quality of make. average.Will it be long wearing. Hard to say, but at the moment it's washing well and wearing well. If I can get a couple of years out of it I'll be happy.Zip goes up to throat .cuffs/sleeves are a good length. I have average to long arms and thy fit nicely.ACID TEST: would I buy again/recommend? YES.

lovely fit, great quality, i bought the largest size to go over a huge beer belly but was concerned buying the bigger size to cover said belly would mean the arms would be too long, this was not the case, the whole cardigan, or mandigan as the man beast calls it, fitted all over perfectly covering exactly what needed to be covered without looking too big or too tight. great, will be buying again.

This is lovely, only had it a couple of days so don't know about washing yet, but it does look good and my husband is delighted with it. He's not the easiest person to please with clothes! It looks much smarter than the cost so I hope it lives up to expectations.UPDATE:: Worn a lot and still OK but showing signs of old age ... for the price I think this is acceptable so long as you realise it's limitations. I have only washed it by hand.

This is a really nice cardigan fits perfectly. Sadly after wearing it approx 4 times the seams started to rip. I just want a replacement not my money back company tell me I am out with time. I only got this a few weeks ago

I took advice to order a size bigger - it was bigger and so, not wanting to return it, I deliberately set out to shrink it in the washing machine and dryer. The cardigan is a perfect fit, is comfortable and feels good. And it stood up quite well to our washing machine.

We have now bought 3 - at that price it makes senseI hope this company make more and in other non acrylic materials because the workmanship is excellent.My husband is thrilled because it is smart enough to wear on any occasion, fits perfectly and is light weight but still warm.I haven't washed it yet but am hoping there will be no problems.Thank you.

My neice bought me one of these for my birthday I liked it so decided to get a couple more from the same place I liked the fact that they are made in England very comfortable

very pleased to find this. my husband likes zip up cardigans with pockets which are very difficult to find. most have very naff designs, this is perfect. however a few more colour choices would be nice. why is it that most mens clothing is such boring colours, like grey, beige and navy. my husband loves blue for instance
