Beautiful and Nostalgic
Jumping back into Pixie Hollow felt wonderfully nostalgic. This story captured the exact essence and way of life from a beloved world. I felt like I was there every single time I had my book open. The slow pace to it was absolutely necessary and comforting for the type of spellbound events that occurred. I could not have dreamed up a better way for us long time fans to experience the relationship that unfolded between Clarion And Milori. I don’t know who to thank at Disney, but you could have not picked a better hand to write and weave the fabric of elements that pull previous Pixie Hollow history and a current point of view that Allison has interlaced. After I read this I bought it for my cousin to make a book bouquet to give to her at her high school graduation.

An Absolutely Beautiful and Emotional Milarion Story!
If you are a Tinkerbell fan, this book is a must-have! I have been a massive fan of Tinkerbell since I was a kid, especially the Secret of the Wings movie, so I was very excited when I heard about this book. This book does a fantastic job of building and describing Pixie Hollow; it truly felt like I was there. There were so many references to the Tinkerbell movies, which made it feel even more real. The overall plot was beautifully written and fit in so well in the Pixie Hollow world. Allison Saft did an amazing job giving Queen Clarion so much personality and developing her love story with Lord Milori; I was swooning over them the entire time. Her character development was so remarkable that she wasn't this perfect queen like she was portrayed in the movies, but a relatable character with struggles, vulnerabilities, and personal growth. I don't think there could have been a more perfect author to write such a perfect story, and I hope that she will consider continuing their story post-Wing of Starlight/Secret of the Wings because I would 100% buy a sequel after reading this.

Good book, OK ending.
I was so excited to read this book. I've always loved Tinkerbell movies and Secret of the Wings is one of my favorites. The book is written just like the films, which I enjoyed for the nostalgia factor. The romance is sweet and tugs at the heart. I thought the story could have been a bit longer with more information on the villains, but the resolution worked out nicely. I took a star for the ending, it just didn't feel satisfying.

Must Buy for Disney Fairies Enthusiast!
Oooooh the book is utterly wonderful. I really am speechless. Saft truly showed passion in every word. She really knows how to immerse readers into the world of Pixie Hollow to life. I can't applaud Saft enough. The star-crossed romance was so delightful -such a thrill. The plot point was superbly adventurous, I really couldn't put the book down. The cover art is so pretty. The fact that this book remains #1 best seller two months after release and was sold out for some time shows the immense demand for the revival of the Disney Fairies Franchise. I'm so thankful I had preordered it before it sold out for a while. If you love the Disney Fairies, don't hesitate to get this book.

This tinkerbell prequel got me into reading again <3
Ordered hardcover brand new and it came ripped a little :/ but the story was wonderful. I’m 27 and haven’t enjoying reading much since high school, but—as a 2000s kid who was a huge fan of the Disney fairies movies—this was amazinggggg and got me interested in reading again. I will say it’s not very spicy, it’s more teenager than young adult. But I’d still recommend!

A Tribute To Childhood
Wings of Starlight is, overall, a good book that truly felt like a heartfelt tribute to the whimsical magic of childhood, particularly for anyone who grew up enchanted by the world of Tinkerbell and fairies. The narrative is undeniably slow-paced, and I'll admit there were moments where my attention wavered. However, this deliberate pacing is ultimately one of its strengths, as the author takes exquisite time to paint a vivid picture, allowing the reader to truly immerse themselves in the imagery of the world. Every description felt carefully crafted, making the fantastical setting come alive with remarkable detail. The romance, in my opinion, was quite subtle, almost a gentle current flowing beneath the main plot rather than a crashing wave. While I understand this is a Young Adult novel, and perhaps the intention was a softer approach, it read more as a subplot than a central genre focus. Personally, I didn't mind this, as it allowed other elements of the story to shine. For readers expecting a passionate, front-and-center love story, this might be a point of consideration, but for those who appreciate a more understated romantic thread, it works well.Ultimately, my strong connection to this book lies in its nostalgic appeal. If I hadn't spent my childhood enthralled by the enchanting lore of Tinkerbell and similar fae stories, I honestly don't think I would have rated Wings of Starlight as highly. It perfectly captures that sense of wonder, friendship, and the delicate beauty of a hidden magical world, making it a delightful read for its target audience and anyone looking to revisit the magic of their youth.

Absolute perfection.
Quite possibly the most cozy and sweetest book I’ve ever read. I grew up watching all the tinkerbell movies and this book READS exactly like a new installment would. I can easily envision the characters as if it were actually a real film. The book was honestly so perfect and captures the romance between Clarion and Milori perfectly. I wouldn’t have imagined it any other way. It was gut wrenching by the ending but it gave me an excuse to immediately watch the secret of wings movie to watch their happy ending! It was beautiful read and so sweet to relieve a little slice of my childhood. Now I will say this book truly does read like a YA novel. But the same way you don’t take the tinkerbell >>childrens<< movies so seriously and just accept them for the magic they are , you will be satisfied. Do not expect to go into this expecting a high Romantasy read. I’m seeing too many booktok reviews critique it for that. If you liked the movies as a kid, it reads the same in the book. The romance was sweetly innocent and has so much deep yearning. I Enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend!
