Essential Non-stick Ceramic 2 Pc. Frying Pan Set

In the past we had calphalon pans that were supposed to be non-stick and after searching other options we decided to try these. They are beautiful and each time we use them we see what a great choice we made. Non stick easy to make an omelet, great for pan sautéing and crisping up chicken breasts. Cleanup is easy, simply wipe out and then rinse. We have an 8' and 10" pan and think there are great.

Amazing pans

The durability of most non stick pans is about time served and used. I've used this pan daily for over a year and no degredation no reduction in quality, still amazing heat distribution, still even cooking, still the best value out there. Don't buy the cheap pan 5x. Buy this pan because it will last.

The food does NOT stick at ALL and they are a breeze to clean. Some small (8") pans I have had in the past are not stable enough on the gas burner and I feel like they could tip. This 8" pan feels nice and stable. I'm enjoying both sizes. Pricey, but I'm happy with them.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've only used these a few times, but so far, they've been amazing. I forgot to put oil in the pan before frying my eggs, but I found out I didn't even need it. I thought it was amusing that it included a 281-page mini-book with instructions, eleven of which were in English, providing instructions such as this: "Remove all packaging material, clips, labels, and stickers before using."

Very disappointed in this product. Surprised because I own a number of other Le Creuset products mostly different size Dutch ovens and ceramic coated steel cast pans and have been very happy with those items. Can’t say the same for the ceramic 2 pc frying pan set I purchased about 3 months ago. Purchased mainly for cooking eggs started out fine. But within a couple of weeks eggs began sticking a little worse each time. Now they are virtually useless for scrambled eggs. A thin coating of egg begins to stick to the surface and a non metal spatula can’t scrape it off in any way. I have to soak the pan for hours a use a plastic scrubber to remove the stubborn egg coating. Too late to return. DONT BUY Looking now for better egg cooking solution

I’ve gone through some nonstick pan and so far these are really good , just heat them up a little bit and put some oil and wipe it around the inside and let it cool . Ready to use. Also comes with a smaller one, which is really nice. Also, they’re very heavy duty.

Like them very much, but for such high price it should come with their respective lids.
