Herbalife Formula 2 Multivitamin Complex, 90 tablets

I well remember the first time I and a friend tried these multivitamins in 1992. Within one day we both felt a difference, more energetic and calmer (when you’re undernourished you tend to feel the opposite - tired and anxious).Well here it is suddenly 2020, and it just happened to me again, as it has several other times over the decades. Another good test is whether a brand helps you sleep better with more pleasant/vivid dreams, and this one does that for me.I recommend, however, supplementing with a little REAL niacin. The kind used in these and apparently in all multivitamins these days (niacinamide) is formulated to not cause skin flushing. But that only happens when you take a lot. I just add an amount proportional to the other B vitamins in the tablets. A good balance of B vites - of all vites and minerals, really - is so important as they all work together.I’ve seen research that suggests that because real niacin is so vital for heart health, that may turn out to be the reason that nuts and coffee, both high in it, benefit heart patients. Unless of course you’re allergic to nuts or are caffeine sensitive! But there are other good dietary sources.

I was given some from a friend and I love them. Whenever I run out I really notice the difference. I have way more energy with them

I take herbalife for my health, but when I cannot see or read the labels or instructions of a bottle, because your skew tag has been slapped across the information, then I have a problem. This is a product you put in your body, I dont think the FDA would be pleased that a customer cannot read the instructions for dosage. Please find another way to put your scan label on the bottle.

This is part of the Herbalife weight loss program. Using this along with the other products, I went from 215 lbs at the end of August to 170 lbs at Thanksgiving and it was relatively easy.

Have used these for over a decade. By far the best multivitamins I've used. Comparing just general feeling to centrum, gnc brand or any other generic brands we've used over the years. Can't say the same for their other products.
