Easy to use and works great!

I cant believe how amazing this device is! Its the smallest camera I have ever used and it has made cleaning my ears so much easier. I work with earbuds in my ears all the work day and by the end of the week my ears always get a little itchy with the wax buildup. I was going in blind before with just a manual earwax remover and always wondered if I missed something. Finally, I bit the bullet and got this and am totally satisfied. The magnification is so good and clear that I thought I was getting big chunks of earwax out, but when i looked at it it was very small. It just saves so much time by being able to see what Im cleaning out and I know when Im done because I see it instead of guessing and scraping til my inner ear is raw. Love this!

Does not hold charge not worth anything

I've successfully used this ear wax removal tool now several times but it is a bit sketchy trying to get in the ear canal. The video quality isn't that bad but the application is hit and miss in the connectivity department. I've had video stop with thus thing all the way in and the phone is less than two feet away. Then having to reestablish connection even though it's set to always. An angled head on this thing would be great. I've used a few of these kind of wireless cleaners and would say this one is the best thus far. A case to put all the accessories in would be nice as well.

My husband has had lots of problems with ear wax build up. This was so neat to be able to go in and see the inside of his ear and the wax build up. So easy to use and watch on your phone. We were able to clean his ear out with ease and without hurting him. Quick and easy charge. Definitely recommend.

This was great for the first two months, but now that I have had it 4 months it is useless. It will not connect to the app at all unless fully charged, the battery life is unreasonably short, the image quality is very poor/blurry, and the attachments were only good for a few uses each. If you are ok with it only being viable for a month or two, it is fine but beyond that consider it disposable.

Very easy set up. Did as advertised. My favorite part is that it also turns in to an at home otoscope.
