Lots of screws of different lengths, just the thing when the screws supplied are too short.

Items arrived on time and the quality of these screws looks good. There's even a blank 1mm or so area before the thread begins - this acts as a guide for the screw to settle in the captive thread before starting to tighten. Very good idea. Just enough in the pack and different lengths which will last me a long time. Will be used on light switches and sockets around my house, especially after decorations have been carried out and the sockets or switches have been removed and re-installed a few times.

There are 40 screws in this set, ten each of 35mm, 40mm, 50mm and 75mm (for when the plasterer really was taking the mickey). The very tip of each screw is unthreaded, which makes it easier to find the hole before tightening, useful when you can't actually see the hole because it's so far into the wall.The threads are a bit rough on some of them but nothing that should cause much issue and they should clean up as they're inserted. As with any screws, if they start to bind, back them off a bit so the gathered swarf can fall off and you should be able to go in further.

I ordered a pack of mixed screws and recieved a pack of matching-size nails. They're very good nails, don't get me wrong, but they're not mixed screws. So....hmmm....3 stars. Not the product I ordered, but good enough for what they are....should I ever need some nails!

The Pack of 40 Mixed M3.5 Electrical Machine Screws arrived in a clear cellophane packet inside a cardboard envelope.I got them to give me options when adding finger places behind some sockets as doing so meant that the very short ones that had been used when the house was built marginal in terms of being long enough to secure the light switches I was putting them behind in place. I therefore haven’t used the longest ones, but the others have done exactly what I needed them to. The tips aren’t threaded, which helps with locating them in place. The countersunk heads recess well into the socket plate and, in short, they do everything they need to well.
