Well visibly you can’t tell much about quality. I have not had this almost a year and it performs as well as I expected if not a little better worked great with the laptop that I bought it for.

Battery replacement was a success. and it performs just as a when we first purchased it . The quality is amazing. It charges very fast

It arrived quickly, fit perfectly (it even included the necessary tools!), was easy to install, and is working fine now. It was a very good price. I've had this laptop (Dell XPS 13 9360) for over 8 years, the first battery lasted 4 1/2 years, the second lasted for 3 1/2 years - this is the third, hopefully it will last at least 3 years! The second battery recently failed, one of the cells had swollen, and was actually pushing the left side of the keyboard up. Swollen batteries are a sure sign of failure - Thanks!

The battery was a perfect fit and is working perfectly.

Battery quit taking a charge before the one month return expired but not before I could get it to the UPS store to get my refund.

Fit my laptop perfect, old battery was expanded. Now getting the laptop open required a better plastic prybar.
