The capsule is a bit difficult to swallow for me, but the good side is I do feel its giving me a boost so all round 5* and will be ordering again.

I've been taking this magnesium complex for a few weeks now and it's made a noticeable difference with sleep and muscle recovery. The bisglycinate form is gentle on the stomach which was important for me. Still easy to swallow capsules and good value for what you get. Would definitely recommend it.

I have tried numerous supplements over the years for various reasons and hoping that something will do something for my tiredness and general health ie brittle nails fatigue etc. Wow!! Nails solid and i really do mean solid nails now! Muscle cramps less! Energy a massive uplift. It might just be me but this is definitely my go to for magnesium supplements! Well worth a go 😊

I have suffered mega cramp in my feet, shins, calves on and off for years and tried various magnesium supplements which made no difference. This is the only one that has prevented the cramp. If I forget to take it I start to get symptoms that the cramp is starting up again. I get no digestive upset with them either so that's a bonus. I always sleep well to so maybe they are responsible for this.

I bought this to help with my sleep. I previously had magnesium 7 but it was not . This one does the job as effectively. Good value for money and easy to swallow
