Nice and slender. Light weight and fits well on the shoulder strap for a backpack if you can figure out a good system. Easy to access with a good rubberized grip and does not feel too bulky in the hand. You have to be careful when you put it back in the sheath because the rubber grips will catch a little and it won't go in smoothly.

Knife itself is next level, very sharp and the scales are removable and it's skeletonized. But the sheath is a great idea but bad in exacution. The clip is weak and it constantly gets pulled out from whatever it's clipped too. I got an ulti clip and I'm Gucci now.

blade came sharp and looks well made. I like the profile and the grippy rubberized handle. overall size is nice for an EDC. only thing I'm not a fan of is the sheath. fitment is very tight with no adjustment (will loosen with wear) belt clip not adjustable. holds vertical only. there is normal mounting holes for backpack, kit, etc...just not holes for belt clip.

Excellent quality. Great design. Soft rubber grip feels really good in hand. Works well as a do it all fixed blade. Great for every day carry!

The sheath is anything but amazing. The sheath is truly so terrible, I will never, ever carry this knife. There isn't just one little problem with the sheath, there are MULTIPLE problems with this sheath that make it unusable. The belt clip is a lot less than it should be. It appears to be designed for 1-1/2 wide belt maybe up to about a quarter inch thick. It's OK spring steel that won't get bent out of shape very easily, but it's too thin to be strong enough to not pull off your belt or out of your pocket while unsheathing the knife. If you keep and use the belt clip, you will have to unsheath via thumb-ramp method every single time you draw the knife. One of the other couple of people who took time to write a review said they put an ulticlip on theirs. I suppose it's technically POSSIBLE to put one on this sheath if you do some grinding on your ulticlip or are willing to have it mounted quite cockeyed. But the eyelet shelf is way too narrow for an ulticlip to lay down flush. In fact, just eyeballing the side to side distances between eyelets, I'm doubtful an ulti-plate could be properly mounted either. And for that matter, a standard small tek-lok Would end up significantly canted at best and would probably interfere with one of the detent retention levers (for back of a better word for the springy plastic levers that drop in the hole to secure it in the sheath) at worst. And with a tek-lok, other than significantly canted, you'll only be able to put screws in one side. That's less than ideal. The ambi nature of the sheath and the handle scales shaped to fit it seems like a brilliant idea until you actually unsheath and sheath the knife a few times. Because it is sandwiched ABS plastic, the tip of the knife on the spine side can and will get caught in the interior sandwich groove when sheathing. After about the 5th or 6th time sheathing and unsheathing, the knife came out of the sheath with shavings of plastic stuck to the finish. Every unsheathing now produces the same and looking in to the sheath with a flashlight shows me all sorts of shaved shards in the sandwiched area of the plastic and it is becoming more and more hogged out about 2/3rds of the way down on both sides. It gets harder and harder to sheath the knife every time I use it. The detent retention levers leave a stripe down both sides of the knife finish every time you sheath and unsheath it. It isn't harming anything and it does wipe off, but every single time the knife comes out of the sheath, it has an unsightly stripe down both sides. Maybe eventually enough of it will wear away to stop marking the finish, but I'd guess it gets worse, not better. ABS plastic is soft and oily. It is in every way a poor choice of material for this sheath design. The knife itself is great. The slim profile and light weight would make it really easy to carry as your EDC. The rubber handle scales are wonderfully grippy dry or wet. It has enough edge length to do some actual work if you have to (but the thin handle profile would become uncomfortable if a work session lasted too long). The handle is long enough you can have a fairly full 4 finger grip (unless your hands are absolutely gargantuan). It came just as sharp as you'd expect from a major manufacturer like Kershaw. The only thing I think is weird is the placement of the lanyard hole. Being on the spine side is just weird. Centered or edge side makes sense for adding a snake knot for a little extra purchase when unsheathing. Spine side just doesn't make sense to me. I'm not sure why any knife designer does that (and I do have a few other knives that have spine side lanyard holes. It never makes sense to me). Luckily, the handle length is just enough I don't feel compelled to add a snake knot and a bead or two for extra purchase on the knife. I was very much looking forward to this knife. In fact, I ordered it 5 different times from 3 different places since it was released... and had my purchases refunded for out of stock 4 times. I kept trying until Kershaw finally kept my money and sent me one via amazon. Now, I'm pretty disappointed with it. I'm going to keep it and maybe throw it in my tackle box or my truck's tool box. But I will never carry it on my person. The sheath is worse than useless and I don't see any reasonable way to make it any better. Maybe if someone starts making an aftermarket kydex sheath for it, I'll change my mind, but the spine side of the handle scales where they match up with the stock sheath could make it a little tricky for kydex. Maybe not though. The hole, the deep sharpening choil, and the index finger guard might provide enough area to get good retention out of kydex. One can hope, I guess.

Very good knife. The size is perfect for edc. The steel is great for the price. The only thing I would tell you is that the clip that it comes with isn’t a pocket clip it’s meant for the belt so when you try and unsheath it from your pocket the sheath comes with it. I would recommend if you were to pocket this to get an ulti clip but other than that it’s a great knife.

Been beating this knife up since I got it and hasn't missed a beat. Still sharp as day one as well.
