Product works great being on the keto diet
I'm on the keto diet and was getting dehydrated so I needed to find electrolytes to add to my water. I looked up a lot of different kinds till I found native path. It only has 1 carb per scoop. I use a huge 64 ounce water jug and only use 1 scoop and i can still taste the flavor. It took me about a week to get used to the flavor but now I'm spoiled and can't drink regular water. I definitely think the instructions of 1 scoop per 8 ounces would be way to sweet. I have been using now for about 8 months and I can definitely say it has helped with my dehydration. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't dissolve well in my water jug. I shake and shake it but it leaves residue on the inside of my jug. I have to clean it out everynight with special brushes.

Very Good product !!
I was taking creatine prior to this and was drinking about a gallon of water daily to stay hydrated enough and didn't want to get dehydrated from peeing it all out and this electrolyte replacement powder is just the answer. Tastes great and mixes very well

Strong taste
This was purchased as I had read some research that encouraged mineral hydration to decrease nighttime bathroom trips. I haven't noticed a decrease in trips yet, but it's not unpleasant, so I will continue until the jar is empty. One thought is that it is quite strong tasting. I began using more water than the directions specify to tone itvdown.

Be sure to cut with lemon juice, tooooo sweet!
This is so terribly sweet I have to put at least 2 tsp of lemon juice in the glass to cut the sweetness to be able to drink it. Haven't noticed a big difference in strength or energy, but have only been drinking it for a week.

Is This Electrolyte Powder Worth It?
If you’re like me and never walk into the gym without a drink in hand, this one’s a solid upgrade. I tried NativePath Native Hydrate Zero Sugar Electrolytes Powder with BCAAs – Mixed Berry, and honestly? I was impressed. The Good • Refreshing during workouts – I actually felt hydrated, not just flavored-water hydrated. • Zero sugar – No crash, no sticky sweetness. • BCAAs included – Nice little protein boost while lifting. • Mixed Berry flavor – Not overly sweet, not chalky, not weird. Just clean and easy to sip. It became my “grab-and-go” gym bottle companion. I noticed I wasn’t dragging halfway through my workout, especially on heavier lifting days. The Downside -- It’s a little pricey. That’s honestly the only reason I haven’t reordered yet. If budget isn’t a huge factor for you, I’d probably give it a full 5. Tips for Buyers • Best for: Strength training, hot gym sessions, or if you sweat a lot. • Great option if you want zero sugar but still flavor. • If price is a concern, look for sales or bundles. • Mix well — shake hard for 10–15 seconds.
