VXI Tria G Convertible Telephone Headset for Jabra/GN Netcom QD

Not PC compatible unless you buy another lead - this was at least three times the cost of the product. Found a cheaper alternative: pair of earphones (£1.00), a spliter (£1.00), a microphone (£1.00).

I've ordered about 5-6 of these headsets now for the office. They come packaged well with clear instructions and serve well during conference calls. They are adjustable and durable and were worth spending over the budget. My only complaint is that these didn't fit out Polycom phone system and needed the Vxo- Telephony 1026 direct connect cord adapter in order to work.

I ordered a few of these for the office and didn't pay enough attention to the model this was and phone adapter required to make this headset function with our phone system. I ended up having to return these but the seller made this quick and painless. I ended up buying from the seller again for the right model.The product matches the listing description, pricing was ok, the sound quality and ease of use on these is nice and I would recommend to other buyers looking to make conference calls easier.

This headset is poorly designed. The cord is connected to the ear piece as is the mic boom, every time you move, the cord pulls the boom into your nose or chin. Don’t use this headset if your moving around/Typing/ Using a mouse… or anything else you would need a hands-free headset for. I’m a corporate Recruiter and spend most of my days on the phone with business partners and candidates, I need to be able to type interview notes as I talk, the constant thud of the mic hitting my nose is unacceptable. I have used other VXi headsets and they have always preformed very well. I recommend the 10G/10P depending on your pigtail, the cord is connected to the frame and it’s a truly hands-free headset. This one has been returned.
