The heel pads are strong and stick well to the fabric. I have used them Ina couple pairs of running shoes that the interior wore out too quickly (plenty of life on the treads. Only drawback it they edge can pull back with use after inserting in shoe. The edges stick the the sock and can be pulled off.

Great adherence. Put a couple of these in some sneakers I wear everyday to work, and I’m getting way more life out of them, thanks to these pads. The inside if the shoes had worn out in one particular spot, these pads fixed that issue.

Even if the adhesive doesn't hold up long it is cheaper to replace these then the shoes. Glad I found them.

I used them to help give some work shoes a bit more life before I replaced them. I just wish i could find some taller ones as these dont cover the whole back heel of my work shoes

UPDATE:These wore out after about 3 months of use; the top layer of the pad separated. However, that was after wearing my shoes 5 days a week for 9-10 hours each day.I did end up trying three other versions of heel protectors, and they did not come close to comparing to these. I'll be ordering more and will only stick to this brand after my recent experience.ORIGINAL:These are excellent but they are a but cushioned and will make your shoe feel smaller. I recommend using these in shoes that are just slightly too big to have a perfect fit.

These adhere well and keep me from getting blisters.

One of my rather expensive workout shoes developed a hole in the heel area that caused a bad blister. I tried various ways to try and fix this but nothing worked until this product. It completely covered the hole and provided a smooth area around the problem area. I have been using it for several weeks and it has stayed adhered very well. Well worth it.
