I purchased the XTU Wildlife Camera for my Grandson. The camera features are Powered by solar panel, 4 AA Batteries orUSB C, 0.2 second trigger, 100° detection angle, 77 feet trigger distance, Connect to the app via the camera's built-in wifi and access the camera within 49 feet.WiFi Bluetooth - 2.7K 32MP Solar Trail Camera With Night Vision Activated.The recommended position height of the camera is 0.5 to 2 meters.On receiving the camera it looks to be of a quality build. I fully charged the Lithium battery using the supplied USB cable, Then the solar panel was able to fully charge the Lithium Battery during the daytime. I still inserted 4 AA batteries for a back-up just in case the Lithium Battery did run out.The camera was easy to set up using the easy to understand supplied Instruction booklet. There are two supplied methods to mount the camera, one being a strap to go round a tree or post and the other being a fully adjustable metal bracket with included screws, my Grandson is using the strap wrapped around a fence post next to his stables, and he coops.There are 3 different ways to power this camera. Solar Panel with rechargeable Litium Battery, 4 AA 1.5v Batteries (not supplied), a USB cable (supplied) and a Suitable 6v mains adapter (not supplied).The video and photo images are of excellent quality.There's several ways of retrieving the videos / images by connecting a smart phone via Bluetooth/WiFi, or by turning the camera off and removing the 32Gb Micro SD card (suppied) and inserting it into a card reader. If you connect your smart phone using the appropriate version of 'TrailCam Go' APP, you can actually observe the images in real time and also alter all the camera settings, download the pictures and video footage.May I say this camera was an excellent purchase choice, good picture quality, and very competitively priced. This camera is extremely well built has been left outside in the rain is still taking very clear shots. The night shots were clear and the speed was impressive. The 4xAA backup battery feature was a great touch.It comes with a fast 32GB memory card in the box. Which gives you more than enough storage for photos and videos. The setup screen is clear and intuitive, with easy-to-navigate menus that make it a breeze to set up and use.Overall very well built camera and the camera quality is really worth it for the price.

The camera works really well and the software is easy to use. Images and videos are good quality and the motion detection works well (sometimes a little too well). Connecting to the camera from a phone works at a decent distance, I am able to connect from inside our house, even though the camera is halfway down our garden.The one thing which I think would improve the product is putting the solar panel on a pivot, so it can be pointed towards the sun's position no matter which direction the camera is facing.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased an XTU WiFi Camera last year which I have connected to the mains with a 6v adapter and have been using it every day since with no problems at all. I wanted another WiFi camera but the position I wanted it to be in was too far away from being able to connect it to the mains. Then I found this newly released XTU WiFi Camera with a Solar Panel which recharges a built-in Lithium Battery. This meant I could place it anywhere which saw some daylight during the day and not have to worry about replacing the AA batteries all the time, which is good for the environment and is also saving me money by not having to buy replacement batteries.Once I had fully charged the Lithium battery using the supplied USB cable, I found that the Lithium Battery had only used 20% of it's charge during filming overnight for about 7 hours. The solar panel was then able to fully charge the Lithium Battery during the daytime. I still had to insert 4 AA 1.5v batteries for a back-up just in case for any reason the Lithium Battery did run out, but hopefully will never get used.The camera was relitively easy to set up once I had read the well written and easy to understand supplied Instruction Booklet. There are two supplied methods to mount the camera, one being a strap to go round a tree or post and the other being a fully adjustable metal bracket with included screws etc. There are 4 different ways to power this camera to suit various scenarios, the Solar Panel with rechargeable Litium Battery, 4 AA 1.5v Batteries (not supplied), a USB cable (supplied) and a Suitable 6v mains adapter (not supplied).The video and photo images are bright and clear and there are several ways to retrieve these, connecting a smart phone by Bluetooth/WiFi, using the supplied USB cable to connect to a laptop/tablet or simply by turning the camera off and removing the 32Gb Micro SD card (suppied) and inserting it into a card reader. If you connect your smart phone using the appropriate version of 'TrailCam Go' APP, you can actually observe the images in real time and also alter all the camera settings. The camera proved to be waterproof the other evening when we had a ferocious stormy downpour and the next morning there had been no water ingress at all. There is also a facility to be able to fit a lockable device to deter opportunist thieves (as shown in one of my attached photos).All in all, this is an excellent, reliable camera to own, it's quality built, does everthing that's stated in the Sellers description and best of all, it's good for the environment by not having to keep replacing batteries and is also good for my Wallet.
