I purchased this for my daughter, but I have also been using it. It really is a great exercise to improve balance and stability while building core strength.

I'm enjoying improving my balance and stability, it's a fun way to get additional core workout in. I like the mat because it protects the floor, and the board is stable and sturdy.I've had it for a couple of months now and find I use it regularly as it is in my office, and it is satisfying to see how much I have improved. I use it during conference calls I am just listening in on. ;)

Definitely worth the price. Great workout and I loved that the mat came with it. You can also use the mat for yoga exercises also.

The whole family is having fun with this board. Going to buy another for a birthday present.

This works for great practice. Anyone who's thinking about giving this a try should really give it a shot. Money well worth spent!

I love this balance board. I've been using it every day and I'm starting to feel a difference already. I was worried about it breaking but it's very strong and durable. It makes exercising fun for me and even my kids like using it to improve their balance.

The board, cork mat and the roll that came in the package all seem to be made of high quality materials and sturdy. It will take some practice learning how to balance on this, but looking forward to improving balance and core strength with this balance board. You definitely need a good amount of clear space where you practice to make sure you dont fall and hit any other furniture
