I recently purchased an office chair from BeAAtho, and I am quiet satisfied with my purchase. The product quality is reasonably great as per price segment. I like the design and the comfort. It provides good support for long working hours. Also, DIY assembling guide is very easy to follow.However, I would expect them to improve customer support and after sales service. There was minor issue and it took more than a month to resolve it. Also, not all Allen-keys are part of product, such as, for handles screw.

The chair is wonderful in its application. It has got multiple features which provudes comfort.The makers could improvise on the quality of the fabric as well as adjustment of the head rest. 😀The roller wheels are very useful in navigation.The chair also has an adjustable arm rest which could have been better. The height adjustment controls are fine.It is worth investing 💰 in such product. Also, the do it yourself guide is simple and quite effective.

It was great chair and value for money

Very uncomfortable tilt towards one side, no replacement for broken parts, no relaxing postures, back support is to fragile if you feel to relaxed an tilt to backwards it feels like the chair will be broke, my neck hurts because of this chair sitting posture

The quality is as expected - decent. The product arrived well. And its fairly easy to assemble.But, it's not the most ergonomical or comfortable chair to sit on for long hours. It might just be me (6'1", 83 kgs), but the chair is not the most comfortable. In fact, it has started giving me aches in coccyx area (the bum). It's not because of lack of padding or cushioning, but I am suspecting the alignment of the seat may have to do something with it. And there's no way to adjust the tilt on the seat.
