Outstanding product AND customer support
I bought 2 of the twin mattresses to supplement the factory mattress that came with my Roofnest Condor XL tent. They are everything I wanted and needed them to be. Easy to inflate and adjust for comfort and easy to deflate for storage. They are whisper quiet to sleep on compared to other air mattresses. No squeaky rubber noises from moving on them.We took them on a 16 day trip through the Badlands, to Devils Tower, Mt Rushmore and Yellowstone. They performed excellent! It got down to 32°F in Yellowstone and the mattresses kept the cold from the aluminum floor pan of the tent from seeping through and to our bodies. The material is soft and provides some grip for the nylon of a sleeping bag. As a side sleeper, I can tell you I never experienced my hip bone touching the hard pan floor of the tent- which is why we needed them in the first place.I did experience a failure of my mattress in the last 2 days of the trip. It came in the form of a slow deflation and the mattress not staying fully deflated when i used the pump to vacuum compress it. However, even with air loss, the mattress performed great for me as the memory foam core prevented me from full hard pan contact with the tent floor.Which brings me to the customer service part of this review. I emailed Losthorizon via the Amazon link and explained that my mattress was not holding air or staying deflated. They asked me to perform a leak test and take some pictures of my findings if I located a leak. I did exactly that and found a very small tear in the fabric on the bottom near the edge where the valve is located. I sent them my findings and they offered me either a full refund or a replacement mattress with no return of the failed item required. I opted for the replacement mattress as I love the product. And with this level of customer care, I will definitely stick with them! I should mention that this whole back and forth took only 2 days...over Thanksgiving weekend! I contacted them on Thursday late, Friday they replied. I sent them leak test results Friday night. By Saturday morning the issue was resolved. Outstanding support and customer service!Overall review- the mattress is comfortable and infinitely adjustable to meet any firmness level. The material is soft and quiet. The air pump works very well to both inflate and deflate the mattress. The storage solution provided is very good. I will say that rolling the mattress back up to get it strapped is a wrestling match, but not an impossible task. The storage bag doubles as an inflation bag and is easy to use. And if you ever experience a problem, Losthorizon customer support is outstanding. I can easily and confidently recommend Losthorizon and I would definitely buy from them again.

The pump was not working
We ordered the mattress with a pump for our long weekend camp, we tried it and put it on our rooftop tent and the mattress was superb! The pump was working just fine and charged it again for the next day's use but on the actual day of camping the pump was not working even when we charged it again there were no more red lights indicating that it was charging. It was completely useless. Good thing that the mattress is self-inflated but it gave us stress to deflate it..if we could just return and replace just the pump with a working one then that would be better.

Compact, yet comfy
It's been a few years since I've been camping, so when prepping for a family camp with my new Lion Cub, I knew I was past the sleeping bag on the floor phase. We wanted something comfortable while also being compact due to the available space in our vehicle with 3 car seats. I bought these for my wife and I to use and they were practically as comfortable as our bed at home. The combination of memory foam with adjustable firmness via air let us tailor our mattresses for a great tent sleep. The included pump (I bought the set), made packing them away super easy. Just suck out all of the air until it's basically vacuum sealed, roll it up, throw it in the bag, and throw it in the trunk. Very happy with them.I can, unfortunately, confirm that toddler vomit cleans off of the sued-ed tops fairly easily with baby wipes thanks to the perfect storm of a 2am stomach virus and forgetting to grab cheap sheets for the mattresses.

Pump never worked.
The mattress itself is an absolutely comfortable air mattress. It is self-inflating and the carry bag it comes with can be used to further inflate the mattress. The mattress is very comfortable and with just using the self-inflatiion of the mattress I could not feel the ground while laying flat. The issue is the pump. The pump never worked. I charged the pump for 24 hours and it just would not turn on. The pump just shows a solid red led light while charging. It never turns green. I would highly reccomend this mattress for campinmg in a tent. I would not purchase the package deal that includes a non-working air pump. That being said, this air mattress doesnt need a pump. I let the matress slf-inflate for about 1 hour and it was 95% at my comfort level. I used the carry bag to add just a littlre more air and thats it. I love and highly recommend this mattress. Just not the air pump that comes with it.

PUMP DOESNT WORK
I’ve charged the pump for over 12 hours now and the light is still red and it won’t turn on. I bought this for a trip this weekend it’s insanely disappointing that I got a defective pump…… and I can’t get a new one without returning the entire thing which is ridiculous!!!!!

The fabric tears easily
Went through three of these mattresses. The first popped because it was directly on the ground. Whatever popped it didn’t even break the floor of the tent we were in. The second ripped after we used it on a camping mattress frame. The third ripped after my cat ran across it. Fortunately the company issued me a refund.
