This is exactly what I needed to ship my 16" laptop. I like the ability to customize the fit and that the foam can be positioned to prevent any movement/travel of the laptop and charger within the box. I'm actually going to ship inside of another box to prevent theft (for warranty repair), but I am not at all worried about damage and plan to buy another one to keep on hand.

The box arrived with a puncture hole. I could not return it because I needed to ship a laptop immediately, but it was very disappointing, though, for the price I paid. Otherwise, it's a great box for securely shipping a laptop.

Makes awkward sized laptops fit like a glove. I was able to fit my large ZBook 15 G5 into it. The extra foam pads are a nice touch to make the laptop fit snugly. The top foam can even accommodate larger power adapters, but it won't fit those large Alienware 330W bricks without modification.
