In theory, this compound helps to regulate certain processes within the body to help aid the immune system. Does it work? I really cannot tell by using it for such a short period. Not everyone should take this, as people with yeast infections, such as candida, may find it gives adverse reactions. All I can say, it whilst taking it I have not suffered any ill effects. I feel slightly more energised and the tablets are easy to swallow. Overall there is a tomb of research out there as to what this compound can do. So if you are interested, do some research and if you conclude this product may help you, give it a try.

I ended up not using this product, and going back to a previous brand. Although it was an upsetting waste of money, I didn't feel confident they were as described. No way to know for sure what's inside a capsule without testing it, but it didn't feel right to me.

So the information on the actual bottle looks like it's not original!!!! So be aware. It doesn't have a distinct taste, compared to other products that are double or 4 times the price I can hope it works its wonders. I think the key is consistency. So if I do end up repurchasing I will let you know. I suffer from borderline anemia I feel I bit more energetic but could also be due to the fact that I combine it with my iron tablets.
