HOLDPEAK 9103S Wind Tester with MULTIMETER FUCTION

For the price of this item, I was expecting a decent, though not superior, quality item. Wow, was I surprised. This set of leads is nice. They are not made from the cheaper, but much stiffer and thinner wire. This set is made from cable very similar to that with which Fluke or other higher quality instrument leads are made with. They are very flexible, have very nice connections made to both the banana and alligator ends. I was very much surprised. Usually, I am just happy to get what I paid for, and these days, that is sometimes asking for too much. I honestly believe I actually got more than I paid for. That is a very rare feeling, indeed, when attempting to assemble an electronics lab on a budget. Thank you very much, Holdpeak!

These are great for the price. I have only purchased the S models and they all came with nice 17 gauge silicone leads. At $3.79 for the 9103S, you are not going to find any leads better for the price. The alligator clips open easily and are not slippery. The 9102S have the same leads and stackable plugs as the 9103S. The 9104S have the same leads, but I found that the probes have a slight curve to them and the plugs will only fit one of my cheap multimeter models (the outer shroud is too tight for my Fluke and other multimeters). It's a shame that the 9104S plugs aren't the standard size. I bought a dozen of the 9103S & 9102S and did have to return a couple of pairs because of defects, but the non-defective ones work great.

I was not expecting much but they are perfect for the price.They don't look cheap and so far have been performing perfectly.The crocodile part is well made, the plastic is not slippery and the jaws are easy to manipulate (I didn't check if solder was used or it is just crimped).The banana part of the cable is beefy and can be stacked.
