works fine, seems good quality
worked perfectly, filled 2 Flame King reusable cans. Open the can vent and depressurize - they seem to be filled with something, probably dry nitrogen but who knows. Invert 20lb bbq can, attach this hose, open can valve, attach 1lb can, open vent, open ball valve, watch for liquid coming out the vent and stop - fills a 1lb can in about 30 seconds.

This is the perfect system ,you can get a outlet on your refillable can so you can pump it right in
This is a good system The problem with it is you have to have an outlet to let out the air at the same time you're adding propane If not you can only do a little bit at a time and it's not really very valuable unless you just need a little squirt unless you can somehow get rid of the excess pressure as you're pushing in liquid It over pressurizes in the tank without a relief so you can only put in a little bit

Simple...for most
Easy to use if you aren't impaired, can count to ten, utilize a liberal amount of common sense, and know the proper way to refill bottles. It's not that difficult, not trying to build rockets here.

Poor Fit, Couldn't Make It Work, Leaking Burp Valves Are Dangerous!
I really wanted this refill adapter to work, as it has all the right parts in all the right places to make refilling two pound disposable propane bottles easy. But the plastic hose end on the adapter hose wouldn't thread fully onto any of my half dozen five gallon propane bottle valves. Not until out of desparation I smeared silicon grease on the threads of one bottle valve and used pliers to turn the plastic fitting. I was able to fill one two pound bottle that way, but in the process, the crimp fittings at both ends of the adapter hose started leaking. I contacted the seller, and to their credit they immediately shipped me another refill adapter. Unfortunately, it had the same problems. I was eventually refunded my money, with no requiirement to return the defective adapters, but it was a struggle convincing the seller to do so. One final issue is that in order to get a complete fill of the two pound bottles, it's necessary to grab the stem of the burp valve and release pressure inside it to allow a complete fill of propane. Doing so disturbes the seal of that tiny valve, and it may not reseat fully, resulting in a tiny, hafd to detect leak. I learned this the hard way when three of the seven bottles I refilled using a different propane adapter completely emptied themselves over a several day period. Cautious there could be a problem, I left the bottles outside after they were refilled, just in case there was some sort of problem. Goodness knows what might of happened had I returned them to the shelf in the garage where the bottles had been stored. The garage also has a natural gas water heater in it, which could easily have caused an explosion from the leaking refilled two pound bottles. So my lesson learned is to abandon the practice of refilling the disposable two pound bottles, and instead invest in one and two pound Flameking bottles that are designed from the start to be refilled.
